How does pickup and delivery work?

You'll get a branded laundry bag (yours to keep). On your scheduled day, leave it on your porch by 8 AM. We pick up, wash, fold, and bring everything back the next day in a fresh bag. No need to be home for either drop-off.

What does 'next-day turnaround' actually mean?

If we pick up Monday, you get it back Tuesday. We pick up in the morning and deliver clean, folded laundry by the following evening. Delicates and specialty items may take an additional day — we'll let you know up front if anything in your bag needs extra time.

Question 3

What if my laundry doesn't fit in one bag?

Each bag holds up to 25 lbs — roughly a week's worth for 1–2 people. If you have a heavier week, you can add an extra bag for $50. If overflow is a regular thing, we'll help you move up to the right tier.

What happens if my bag is over 25 lbs?

We weigh every bag at pickup. If yours is over 25 lbs, there's a $3 per pound overage on the weight above 25 — and we'll always text you before charging anything, so there are no surprises. We can't take a single bag over 30 lbs, so if it's heavier than that we'll split it into another bag or leave the extra, whichever you'd rather. Honestly, if you're going over most weeks, it's cheaper to move up a tier and we'll tell you that.

What detergents and products do you use?

By default, we use Persil Free & Gentle or All Free Clear — both fragrance-free and dye-free. Prefer a signature scent? Add it to your plan for a small upcharge per cycle. You can also bring your own detergent and we'll use it on your loads only.

What's the deal with the Founding Member rate?

Founding Members lock in 25% off regular pricing and keep that rate as long as they stay subscribed. If you pause more than 60 days, or cancel and rejoin, you'll re-enter at regular pricing. The offer closes once the founding spots are taken.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes — pause for $25 per 4-week cycle, up to 3 consecutive cycles. You keep your spot and your account history. Founding Members can pause up to 60 days without losing their locked rate.

What about stains, delicates, or items I'm worried about?

Tag anything that needs special attention with the pink hangtag we provide — stain alerts, wash cold, hang dry, dry clean only. We inspect every bag before washing and pull items that need different handling. When in doubt, we'll text you before we do anything.

Who handles my laundry?

We're family owned and operated — your laundry is handled by us, not by gig workers or subcontractors. Same faces every week. Every order is washed, dried, and folded as its own separate load, so your clothes aren't mixed in with anyone else's.

We deliver within ~30 miles of Madison, AL (35756) — including Huntsville, Athens, Decatur, Hartselle, Harvest, Hazel Green, Meridianville, Triana, Owens Cross Roads and surrounding North Alabama cities.

How do I get started?

Pick a plan, tell us your address and pickup day, and check out. We'll confirm your first pickup by text and drop off your branded bag before then. Most people are set up in under three minutes.

How does billing work?

Your plan bills every 4 weeks, so each cycle covers exactly 4 weeks of pickups and you always get the bags you paid for. That's 13 cycles a year. It renews automatically through Stripe — we never see or store your card number — and you get an email receipt every time.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

Never. Leave your bag on the porch by 8 AM and we handle the rest — pickup and delivery are both contactless by default. You'll get a text when your driver is on the way and again when it's delivered.

Do you wash bedding, comforters, and oversized items?

Accepted Answer

Yes — sheets, duvets, comforters, and towels are all welcome. Bulky items just take up more of your bag's weight, so a heavy comforter week might be a good time to add an extra bag.
