1. Agreement
By placing an order or creating an account with Dirty Deeds Laundry Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Dirty Deeds Laundry Co. provides laundry pickup, wash, fold, and delivery services in the North Alabama area. Services include subscription plans and one-time bag orders. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscription plans are billed monthly on a 28-day cycle via Stripe.
- Founding Member pricing is locked in at 25% off regular rates for as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.
- Founding Member pricing is forfeited if the subscription is cancelled and restarted, or paused for more than 60 consecutive days.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no partial refunds are issued.
- We reserve the right to adjust regular pricing with 30 days' written notice.
4. Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your subscription for $25 per 28-day cycle, up to 3 consecutive cycles. Founding Members may pause up to 60 days without losing their locked rate. After the maximum pause period, the subscription will resume automatically or be cancelled.
5. Pickup & Delivery
- Bags must be left at the agreed pickup location by 8:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day.
- We are not responsible for bags left in unsecured locations or items left outside the bag.
- Delivery is typically completed by 8:00 PM the day following pickup. Delays due to weather, illness, or other circumstances will be communicated via SMS.
- We service a ~30-mile radius from Madison, AL. Service area is subject to change.
6. Care of Items
- We handle all items with care. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that are inherently delicate, improperly tagged, or require dry cleaning.
- Use the provided pink hangtag to flag any items needing special attention before placing them in your bag.
- Items valued over $100 should not be included in a regular wash bag without prior written agreement.
- Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Maximum liability per claim is $100 or the actual value of the item, whichever is less.
7. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our SMS Terms for full details.
8. Prohibited Items
The following items may not be included in laundry bags:
- Hazardous materials, chemicals, or flammable items
- Items soiled with biohazardous material
- Dry-clean-only items (unless previously arranged)
- Non-clothing items not covered by your plan
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dirty Deeds Laundry Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the prior 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.
